“I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Alliscia at the Holiday Inn in Savannah! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. She treated me like a true member, not just a guest, and even surprised me with an upgrade, which made my stay even more special. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. It’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional, and she made a lasting impression on me. This was hands down one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. On top of that, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were very nice—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. “We were greeted each time we passed by the front desk. Parking was good and had spaces for those pulling trailers. The rooms was a nice size and very clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, tea, and coffee provided in the room. The shower (pressure) is amazing ;). Complimentary breakfast was fine for the circumstances. Used the treadmill with no issues.”

We made this trip last minute and forgot some essentials. Aliscia was very patient and so pleasant to talk to while helping with all of our requests. Definitely recommend staying here for the customer service and being conveniently close to Savannah without the downtown prices.”

Eric and Imani were fantastic to deal with, but more so, meet. The distance they go to satisfy their guests is second to none. Guest relations - exceptional! 5-star rating indeed! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Savannah, seriously consider Holiday Inn Express on Chatham Parkway.”
